At Ice House, every custom pendant starts with your vision. Whether you want a name pendant, a photo pendant, a logo, symbols, numbers, or a fully unique design, our team specializes in transforming your ideas into luxury-quality jewelry.

Your custom order begins with a $100 CAD CAD-design fee, which includes a professional 3D render of your pendant. Once approved, you’ll pay 50% upfront to begin production, and the final balance when your piece is complete.

Every pendant is crafted by skilled artisans using high-grade metals and premium stones — designed to shine, last, and stand out.

How It Works

  • 1. Submit Your Idea

    Fill out the custom pendant form with your design details, size preferences, and any reference images.

  • 2. Pay the $100 CAD CAD Design Fee

    This fee covers your 3D CAD rendering. You’ll receive a preview that shows exactly how your pendant will look.

  • 3. Approve the Design

    Once you approve the CAD model, we finalize the details and confirm the total cost.

  • 4. Pay 50% to Begin Production

    We start crafting your pendant — cutting, molding, stone-setting, and polishing with expert precision.

  • 5. Pay the Remaining Balance & Receive Your Piece

    Once completed, the final balance is paid and your custom pendant is shipped securely to your door.
